Am I able to serve LogoBar ads if I have modified the default player from our video player provider?
If you’re not using the default player from your video player provider please notify firstname.lastname@example.org
of your modifications and we can integrate LogoBar with your player. Depending on the level of modifications, there may be an integration fee that applies.
Am I able to edit a player once it’s published?
No, once a player is published you are no longer able to make edits. If you would like to use that same player with slight modifications to the player behavior or ad you can copy a player that has been published, make the desired changes and then save it under a different name.
What file formats are required?
Please upload and save your assets as a .jpg or .png file at one of the sizes listed.
Am I able to utilize assets that are a different size than what is listed in the configurator?
Yes, we can accommodate customization of players. Please contact email@example.com and we will work with you to customize your player and the display of your ads. There may be a customization fee that is applied, but no fee will be applied without your prior authorization.
What options do I have for payment?
You have the option to pay via credit card, electronic transfer with ACH network, and/or wire transfer. There are no fees for using an ACH network. A 3% fee will be charged for credit card payments and wire transfers.
What does it cost to use LogoBar’s service?
There is no cost to get started creating LogoBar players. Our customers pay on a CPM (cost per thousand impressions) basis, so you only pay once LogoBar ads start delivering. Rates can vary depending on volumes. Integration fees may apply for publishers with customized or proprietary video players, but no fee would apply without your authorization.
